The Truth is in the Soup

Each week The Jason Show sends scouts out into the blogosphere, scouring blogs both well-known and yet-to-be-discovered for those single lines that are attention grabbers. Single sentences that resonate for their element of humor, touch of the bizarre, or ability to provoke thought are prestigiously linked to their author, in hopes that viewers of The Jason Show like you will be able to savor a serving of Single Sentence Soup just as our scouts have.

Perhaps I am stepping out of the realm of my religion. And I am stepping away from the hatred that seems to have soaked through our community. But I could not say quote #5 any better. What is going on is with these kids is flat out wrong. It is difficult for me to remain silent anymore.

I hope that all of us speaking out about these important issues that need to be addressed will do some good, help someone, make things better.

The 'Gets Better' video had me in tears...it breaks my heart that people commit suicide because they are condemned for their sexuality or are afraid to talk about it. :(
