You must have mixed feelings about the holidays now, between the excitement of kids and family, and the loss of those gone too soon. I know, memories often just don't cut it, but it's nice to have something like this great sketch as a keepsake.
How difficult Christmas must be for you each year. A day filled with love and joy, but for you tinged with sadness and loss. Remember the happy times. I believe our loved ones are always with us. She is there with you.

Wonderful likeness. I can't believe it has been 13 years. I also did not realize how close in age we were. I always thought I was several years older than her, when in fact, she was 4 months older than me. Hope you had a good Christmas. XOXO

I remember Nina well. Jason I am blessed to have known her personally. She was very kind to me when I stayed over at your family's place as a child.
I have fond memories of your Mom and I always will.
This life only temporarily parts us and in due time we will our loved ones again.
Your mother and my brother, who I lost a short two years later, are happier now and very much alive and aware of us.
They are pulling for our well being every day and their interest in our success goes far beyond our understanding.
I have lost a son who never got a chance to live. I hope to someday get that chance.
